They "make you feel at home" at this "comfortable" hotel where quarters come equipped with "Tempur-Pedic beds" and "amazing Jacuzzi bathtubs", and the "beautiful grounds" include a "fantastic pool with toys provided"; still, while for some it's "luxurious", for others it's "showing signs of age" ("loose tiles", "peeling wallpaper") that indicate a "renovation is desperately needed"; P.S. beware there can be "a lot of mosquitos" in the area and, sometimes, in your room.

Lots of space in the room and nice kitchenette.

Parking was difficult and this was not 4 star hotel, restaurant was closed at night, not a convenient location.

No hot water in showers or moderate heat, old TV's from the 70's, very tack decorating with TV's built in where fireplace should be.

Any hotel where you don't have hot water isn't a 4 star hotel, it's a moderate 3 star. TV's are in where the fireplace should be or they are too small. Staff is very nice. Old work out equipment. Excellent golf facility and the beds are great. Showers are at a height for somebody about 5 foot 2. The place is a 3 star definitely not a 4 star hotel. Dining area closed too early.

Finding the location of the room in the dark initially was confusing..however staff was willing to assist if needed.

Everything! Security, grounds, room design, and the staff.

None of the windows opened so I could not air the room out.

This resort was a great place to stay. The bathroom was spacious, the mini kitchen great, staff excellent, and the grounds were secure.

It was by a golf course.

Parking was terrible, took me 20 minutes to get to my room by foot.

This is a glorified apartment complex, they said my building it the recently remodeled section. If so they are the wrong business. No hot water for shower, tiles damage in shower, paint had cracks in it, old blinds inside windows. ...read more

The location is good, however the hotel is in need of updating from fixtures to TV's. Not a 4 star hotel.
